What Happened If You Steal The Company You Worked For?… Learn From Apple Store’s Case
Macintosh, Social, Technology Add commentsApple gave all of its employees and store employees the best gadget in the world a.k.a iPhone for free on last July 2007. Then another generosity for forthcoming holiday present, Apple is dropping iPhone’s price for 200 dollar from 599 dollar to 399 dollar for its 8GB iPhone model. Then to make the customer happy, Apple is giving away 100 dollar credit for early adopters.
And there goes 800 greedy store employees trying to cash back the 100 dollar from the company they worked for… what would you do if you’re the CEO of the company? I would do the same to what Apple did…. fire them all! There’s a good article on this from Arstechnica. A good discussion as matter of fact. Is a fact of decencies, manners and integrity to what people lost today.
Now what would you do if you’re the CEO of the country? Would you fire all the public servants and your staffs if they cheat on their duties? This bold move is remain to be seen in this wonderland.
And is it by mean that there’s 800 eligible posts for new recruits? Of course. And I would seriously picked the one with strong integrity while sometime a bit pain in the ass like myself rather than someone with bad attitudes. Director for Asia Pacific, Steve? 😛 *grin

integrity is one of the most important values in a company. when it comes to integrity, I would give a last warning and termination to my employee(s).
Applying for Apple? Seriously?…If I were you, I would prefer being a Walikota…hehehe….

Ini seriusan tah mau jadi walikota? Kapan sih waktu pendaftarannya?
$80K isn’t big for a company that has $150Bio in market cap. I think it’s more of “integrity” instead of “money” problem. Udah dikasih gadget seharga $600 gitu lho… suka aneh.

In my opinion about integrity… its something absurd… you know.. when stomach talks and takes action… our mind and mental down… so… what’s on integrity??
