This picture taken from my last month’s business trip to Malaysia. I was back-and-forth very often lately that some of my Malaysian business colleagues call me “Adi, you’re now half Malaysian”. True. But what I missed so much about my overseas trip?
S-T-I-N-G-R-A-Y-!-! and O-T-A-K-O-T-A-K-!-! I found stingray is not easy to find here at my hometown Bandung, and the otak-otak are nicer there since they’re made from true fish not just casava flour with essences. But I find Singaporean’s Stringray are nicer and spicer than Malaysian one. Hmmm… yummy…
