Here’s some little comparison on how the application design (Human Machine Interface) implemented from different companies. I should say, when it comes to Browser design, Google Chrome comes with bad pick with “adjustable tab”… the more you add tab then the smaller the tabs that make it unusable.
Camino gets a thumb up! but Apple and Google can learn one or two from this. Mozilla Firefox? Oh I almost forget. Hmmm it’s not even a Mac app, I should say Mozilla is lazy enough to port it to Cocoa. Microsoft? Forget it. They are not even interested in building the web.
Let’s build better Browsers folks, Shall we?

U’re welcome Pak… Tiap browser punya keunggulan masing-masing (kecuali IE tentunya hahaha). Semoga mereka bisa saling mengadopsi hal-hal yang positifnya. Have a nice weekend and thx karena sudah mampir 🙂

Coba deh real true type font rendering di browser, cuma IE8 aja yang mengimplementasikannya secara berbeda(dalam arti yang buruk) 😀

btw, saya penganut browser harusnya lepas dari OS (ga nempel), jadi kalo pake ga harus requirementnya OS ini itu (IE9 misalnya ga bisa kalo ga minimal Vista SP2), ada yg inget kontroversi IE4 yg di”tanem” di Windows 98?
Saya lagi kasih masukan untuk Apple mau mengembangkan Extension buat Safari.

Saya juga mengharapkan Safari meniru Camino dalam pengelolaan multi-tab browsing dengan tanda panah. Selama ini kalau saya multi tab banyak dengan Safari, bila sudah melebihi daya tampung, tabnya disembunyikan dan repot dalam mencarinya. Camino lebih praktis dengan tab yang bisa bergeser.

opera dan omniweb kelaut aja, harusnya berenti jualan bikin browser, jualan sate kambing aja daripada buang2 energi dan duit 😛 *the world is too small for too many browsers. sekalian aja iCab 😀
Camino? yah camino is the best so far, saya paksain pake Safari ujung2nya pake Camino lagi.
Tenang, developer Camino juga pegawe Apple kok, itu pet project dia, saya dah kasih masukan soal Safari 5.

Microsoft Tabel soal compatibility IE9 jauh menandingin browser lain soal HTML5 bener2 misleading,

menyedihkan, ada perusahaan giant yg “memelintir fakta” sebegitunya.
Apple baru2 ini mengeluarkan showcase soal HTML5 di http://www.apple.com/html5/
Menarik, walaupun memaksa kita menggunakan Safari, memang engine yang paling compatible untuk HTML5 seperti test kita diatas adalah WebKit based browser seperti Apple Safari dan Google Chrome. Saya penasaran atas hasil test diatas untuk Google Chrome.
Namun buat yang penasaran pengin melihat ga ada salahnya menambah koleksi browser modernnya dengan mengunduh di:

omniweb udah brenti jualan kang! udah digratisin. but basically omniweb is a pimped webkit browser. they were once able to sell it, why give it free? hahahahha
safari 5 and html 5 is pure sekemmmmm …. semua instruksinya pake webkit specific, perhaps even core image specific … wkwkwkwkwk. apple need to push it, since html5 is not mature yet.

Saat ini saya memiliki 2 unit PC untuk video editing ( AMD quad core, Mobo DFI lanparty 790 fx m2r, Nvidia 9800GT 1gb ddr3, RAM gskill 2×2 gb DDR2, hdd 4 x 500 gb sata, OS WIN 7 64). Namun belakangan ini sering diganggu dengan adanya malware dan spyware ( online 24/7 without AV for 2 years ). Dan bermaksud utk beralih ke Mac,this ism the question :
1. type iMac apakah yang paling cocok untuk keperluan video editing dan photo ?
2. dari segi hardware, apakah setara spek PC saya saat ini dengan spek Imac ? # 3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo # 4GB 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM – 2x2GB # 1TB Serial ATA Drive # ATI Radeon HD 4670 256MB

Bung Adi, Chrome sepertinya memeng bagus tapi sepertinya ada yang kurang, saya ga bisa menampilkan (view) dokument pdf di chrome, sy jg mencoba buka chrome di safari 5 ternyata kasusnya sama. Utk Firefox sy blm coba.
