ITunes has become a wide-standard for audio fiasco and even ordinary people like me. I’m no audio freaks but sometimes I just find myself looking out some old song sand play it repeatedly on iTunes. The kinda de ja vu experience is exciting. Sometimes I sing the songs that reminds me my childhood, my youth, famous classics rocks and pop. The emerges of internet all sudden create an easy path to find old songs’ lyrics that we can rehearse.
So here’s what I imagine of the next iTunes can really hits; the KaraoTunes. Utilizing Apple’s amazing Quartz Extreme technology; even Core Image can brings unforgettable experience for practicing musics for ordinary people.
Come on Apple, that’s not too much to ask, right? Remember you read it first here ๐
Update: For now; I’m trying to settle with iStar

What do you mean by this statement? “ITunes has become a wide-standard for audio fiasco” I do not get it.
1.Who are or what is the specification of audio fiasco folks?
2.How come it becomes a wide-standard when it can only run at Win2K/XP and Mac OS X?
Any better from Winamp and xmms-mp3?

๐ …. no offense Linux folks. Calm down. I’m also a Linux user. My definition of wide-standard is because it runs on 60+ millions (as iPod sold counted) and many more (who don’t have iPod but rely on iTunes for musics playing.
Winamp compares to iTunes? Are you kidding me? :)) iTunes is not just a media player, try that sometime before making such comment ๐

May be the term “widely used” by Audio freak is more acceptable, but standard..whoa that claim it too high IMO.
BTW, I had a chance to test iPod also, ), a friend asked to buy that in Singapore, but when I tried that, I had a problem, which is I cannot move the song from iPod to another computer. I can only hear the song…… sigh ๐
That is why I dropped iPod and when my other friend asking my advice to buy disk based MP3 player, I recommend Sony or Creative Zen.

iPod default is to synchronize its playlist to the first computer that you’re using. Just uncheck the synchronize feature and you’ll be able to move to different computer. You’re give up to soon brother ๐
