Macintosh, Technology Add commentsThe today’s Mac Pro runs circle around any PC on earth. Why? Simply because it uses Xeon chip (Core 2 Duo-based Xeon chip called “Woodcrest”) instead of desktop chip Core 2 Duo. And it runs at 2 headed (Dual configuration), make it a Quad 64-bit workstation. Even better it runs at higher clock than Core 2 Duo (Mac Pro defaults available at 2.66GHz dual config, while PC users usually purchase a 1.83GHz single chip Core 2 Duo). Guess how that will satisfy your hunger for speed?
Now how about 8 Cores Mac Pro? Intel will soon releasing a Quad cores Xeon Clovertown that for sure will come in dual config from Apple makes it a 8 cores Xeon with 8MB cache on each chip!!
The chip is available on Intel labs and will be available before end of year I suspect. Can’t wait to have one of those beasts on my desk!! Now we’re talking!

4. mau running barangnya adobe? install bootcamp, reboot ke windows. 🙂 Mungkin Adobe masih sakit hati kali waktu Apple ngeluarin FCP yang secara significant menggerogoti pasar Premier…..
